Intermountain Christian School (UT) Partners with Enrollment Catalyst

The team at Intermountain Christian School will be partnering with Dr. Rick Newberry through his Enrollment Catalyst Program.

On September 1-2, Rick will travel Salt Lake City, Utah, to conduct a two-day site visit at the school. During this site visit, Rick will lead several focus group meetings and he will also meet with the administrative team to assess the school’s enrollment and marketing strategies.

Rick will be primarily working with the enrollment and marketing team at Intermountain Christian School:

• Mitch Menning, Head of School
• Rachel Larson, Admissions and Marketing Director
• Jennifer Adema, Admissions Coordinator

In addition, a parent survey will be conducted to measure satisfaction and to assess the school’s enrollment and marketing effort. This will provide the foundation needed to develop an enrollment and marketing plan.

As a result of this initial phase, Rick will then provide ongoing coaching for the team in virtual meetings. These coaching meetings will provide accountability, continued direction and help with implementation.
