Lanier Christian Academy Begins Enrollment Catalyst Program

Dr. Rick Newberry will spend two days at Lanier Christian Academy in Flowery Branch, GA, to begin his Enrollment Catalyst Program with their team. Through these two days on campus, Rick will meet with the administrative team to assess their enrollment and marketing processes and strategies. He will also conduct focus group meetings with their parents and faculty. After the visit, Rick will develop a comprehensive report that will include his recommendations for the school’s enrollment and marketing plan.
