Webinar Rescheduled: Rolling Out the Red Carpet

In cased you missed last week’s webinar with Donna Cutting, it never happened. The webinar platform that I use, Gotowebinar, experienced system-wide, technical difficulties which resulted in the webinar being postponed.

The good news is that it has been rescheduled for next week.

On Thursday, September 28, at 2pm EDT, Donna Cutting will present a free webinar on “Rolling Out the Red Carpet: Creating an Intentional Student and Customer Experience.” Donna is the Founder & Chief Experience Officer of Red-Carpet Learning Systems and the author of my favorite book on customer service: The Celebrity Experience.

While providing exceptional education is your primary focus, there is no doubt that the overall experience you provide for students, their family members and other customers plays a huge role in enrollment and retention. Today’s families have more choices and louder voices than ever before. In order to stay competitive, it’s critical that staff and faculty be intentional about rolling out the red carpet.

This webinar will give you specific, actionable ideas creating a seamless experience that will have students, family members and others raving about your school. You’ll learn:

  • the middle ground between education and “customer service”
  • case studies of schools and other organizations who have intentionally built a service culture
  • the 3 areas of customer experience
  • action ideas for making positive first and last impressions
  • 5 customer service basics and how they apply to you

Attend this webinar for immediately implementable strategies for creating a red carpet or “celebrity” experience for your students, their families, your co-workers and others!

If you registered for the webinar last week, you will need to register again for this webinar. It will also be recorded and sent to everyone that registers.
