When Dr. William Mott began his role as head of school in 2016, the enrollment at Providence Christian Academy was 337 students. Under his leadership, Enrollment Catalyst was hired to help implement a plan for growth. By 2017, enrollment grew by 25%! And in 2018, enrollment grew by 15%, making the two-year growth at 41%.

In less than four years, the total enrollment has grown to 531, which is nearly 58%! 

Dr. Rick Newberry worked with the PCA team through his Enrollment Catalyst Program to provide the foundation for this enrollment growth.
