Enrollment numbers at Alverno Heights Academy had been steadily dropping since the economic downturn of 2008. They knew they needed to approach marketing and enrollment differently, but with a very limited budget, they were unsure where to turn.
“Rick had options for a small school like us,” Fanara said. “He was honest, transparent, creative, and involved. And, he was within our budget. Groups that offer similar services do so for twice the cost.”
Fanara added that Rick’s insight is perfect for small schools who sometimes have trouble seeing through the weeds.
The school first addressed their internal issues and worked outward, applying what they learned from Enrollment Catalyst coaching sessions. As a result, they doubled their applications within two school years.
