First Baptist Academy Naples (FL) Signs on for the Enrollment Catalyst Program

In its brief twelve year history, First Baptist Academy in Naples, FL, has experienced rapid growth.With the recent addition of its high school, the enrollment has approached 600 students. The school has been able to capitalize on its relationship with First Baptist Church as well as the use of its outstanding facilities.

As the school’s leadership looks toward the future, Tom Rider, FBA’s administrator, decided that it was critical to focus on increasing the focus on strategic marketing and enrollment initiatives. In February, Tom partnered with Enrollment Catalyst to provide weekly coaching to the leadership team.

Rick Newberry will work personally with the leadership team to focus on implementing key marketing and enrollment processes, systems and strategies that will make a difference at the school this year. This process began with a two-day site visit in February and the recent completion of an online parent satisfaction survey. This key data provides the foundation needed to move forward with the Enrollment Catalyst program.

During the next several months, Rick will personally coach Tom Rider and Shannon Beam on a weekly basis. The goal in this program is to implement key strategies and processes that will make a difference in this year’s enrollment.
