Germantown Friends School

Like many enrollment directors, Laura Myran was eager to help her administration see the value of strong marketing and branding. Germantown Friends School had seen a dip in enrollment for nearly a decade, and Myran needed real solutions to make the case for additional funding. They started with focus groups.

“Rick’s focus groups were thorough and brought the needs for marketing attention to each constituency,” she said. “ I received the report I needed to hand over to the Head of School and CFO.”

Laura describes Rick’s coaching style as affable, friendly, easy going, and diligent. She said he understood the uniqueness of our school and put people at ease.

“Sometimes a ‘consultant’ is just what you need to package your points of view in an objective way, stamped by a professional, written up and presented by an outsider, to get your ideas and input heard and acted upon,” she explained.

With the assistance of Enrollment Catalyst, Laura was able to implement programs and solutions that gave them a competitive edge in the local market. As a result, enrollment at Germantown Friends School is at an all-time historical high.
