Highlands School in Birmingham Selects Enrollment Catalyst

Please welcome Highlands School in Birmingham, AL, to the Enrollment Catalyst Program. Highlands School was founded in 1958 and is an independent school distinguished by their diverse community and a commitment to academic excellence, creative expression, and leadership development. The school enrolls students from Preschool thru 8^th grade.

Highlands School is led by Kavita Vasil, who just recently transitioned into the head of school position from Temple Beth Sholom Schools in Sarasota, FL.

Dr. Rick Newberry will spend two days on campus in January conducting focus groups with faculty, parents and leadership as well as meeting with staff members to discuss the current enrollment and marketing effort. As a result of this process, an assessment and recommendations will presented to the leadership team followed by several months of coaching.
